Items in stock get delivered in up to 3-5 business days in USA.
Our orders are all made-to-order and are of exceptional quality. Therefore, it may take from 17 to 21 business days for a standard order, and up to 25 days for a high- complexity custom order. In case the piece needs to be received by a certain date, please contact us to check on the possibility of expediting the item. Please note, that the return policy goes into effect once you receive your item.
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Ground shipping on all items to the entire U.S. and FREE International Shipping on orders over $1200.

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee, that gives you time to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Our Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the receiving date. Please note that you are eligible for return only if returned merchandise is in their original purchase condition, unworn, undamaged and unaltered in any way. Items prepared for a return shipment must be insured, securely wrapped in their original packaging and accompanied by complete product documentation. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund request to be fully processed. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order. All returns, all exchanges, and all cancelled orders are subject to 3.5% transaction fee. International orders are subject of $500 restocking fee and export/import tax chegres. Bellawie LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returned shipments. Expedited shipping costs are not refundable.
All returns should follow the Return Merchandise Authorization procedure described below.
1. Proper Timing
Your Items may be returned/exchanged with a postmark date within 7 days of receipt of item.
2. Use Appropriate Packaging
The item is to be sent in the original packaging accompanied by complete paperwork (such as instructions, warranties, diamond certificates, etc.)
If diamonds are returned without a certificate, you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
3. Insure Your Package
For your own safety, it is advised that all items returned are fully insured.
Orders $500 or Less:
For such orders, shipment can be arranged via any carrier. Online returns are also possible.
Orders $500 or More:
You may request a return receipt at a nominal fee that will notify you when your return shipment is delivered to Bellawie LLC. It is recommended that shipments of $1000 or more are sent via US Postal Service Registered Mail™ for effective and efficient tracking.
Special orders, engraved jewelry, eternity bands and tension rings cannot be returned or exchanged. Uninsured, improperly packed items with incomplete product documentation will be refused receipt. Bellawie LLC does not allow C.O.D. shipments and will not be liable for any unauthorized shipping expenses incurred.
All return shipping and insurance fees are at the customers’ expense and are non-refundable. Item must be sent via FedEx or UPS (overnight or 2-day). It must be fully insured and with a Delivery Confirmation (tracking and proof of shipping).
Cancellation or Change of an Order
Cancellations and changes of orders are easily feasible up to the shipping date. Special orders and already shipped items are not subject to changes or cancellation. Please contact us for assistance if the order you want to change or cancel is already shipped.
